Strawberry Cheese Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flake coconut
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) jar strawberry preserves
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Preparation

Make a crust with coconut, oleo, sugar and flour.
Blend together and press into the bottom of 9-inch round pan or 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Chill.
Spread on half of the strawberry preserves.
