Moist Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    2 sticks margarine, whipped
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable shortening
Preparation
    Cream margarine, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add flour and milk alternately.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Save 1/2 cup batter to add to icing.
    Bake in a lightly greased tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
