Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium peppers
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook peppers in salt water for 5 minutes.
    Brown hamburger and onion in oil.
    Mix hamburger, onion, rice, salt, pepper and egg with 1/2 can tomato soup.
    Stuff peppers.
    Place in baking dish. Add 1/2 can soup and 1/2 can of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Place a small piece of cheese on each pepper just before removing from oven just long enough for cheese to melt.
