Dozena'S Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    6 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. carrots or 3
    1 can Campbell's beef broth
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fry stew beef in a small amount of oil until brown on all sides.
    Put in a crock-pot and add potatoes, carrots, soup, water and salt.
    Mix well and cook until beef is tender.
