Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    ham, bacon or seafood (or combination)
    1 pt. half and half
    2 small cans evaporated milk and water to make 2 c.
    grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add all other ingredients except for cheese. Mix and pour into pie shell; sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
