Cajun Sauce Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. oil
    3 1/2 lb. meat (pork, beef, chicken, sausage or wild game)
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 garlic pods
    1 small hot pepper
    1 bell pepper
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/4 lb. tasso
    2 small cans mushroom sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. pure lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Put oil in a large pot; brown meat.
    Add the remaining ingredients except water and flour.
    Mix water and flour; add to sauce.
    Let cook on low heat for 1 hour or until tender.
    Stir every few minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
