Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 peeled, cubed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. water (to 2 c.)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick margarine
    4 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water until tender.
    Add margarine and instant potatoes.
    Stir until margarine is melted.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mash other potatoes and stir constantly until soup is thickened.
    Serve with crackers or corn bread.
