Best Ever Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sifted flour
1 3/4 c. Crisco
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. ice water
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and sugar into a large bowl.
Cut in shortening.
Beat egg; add water and vinegar, add to dry ingredients in about 3 or 4 portions; toss with spoon.
Finish dough by forming ball with your hands.
This dough must be chilled before rolling.
Better if chilled at least 1 hour or more.
Will keep at least 2 weeks in refrigerator.
