Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pitted dates (1/2 cut cross)
1/2 lb. mixed candied green and yellow pineapple
1/2 lb. whole candied cherries
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. pecans
Preparation

Combine fruit; add flour and dry ingredients.
Beat eggs and sugar until light.
Pour over fruit.
Add nuts.
Pack in pan. Bake at 275\u00b0
for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
