Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 large mushroom caps
butter
1 1/2 c. crabmeat, flaked
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced onion (optional)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Dip mushrooms in 1/3 cup melted butter.
Place them cap side down in a buttered baking dish.
Combine crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and half of bread crumbs.
Fill mushrooms with this mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
