One Hour Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water (110~)
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
4 1/2 cup flour
Preparation

Disslove yeast in warm water.
Let sit while preparing other ingredients.
Combine buttermilk, sugar, melted shortening, and salt.
Mix yeast to buttermilk mixture and add soda.
Stir in flour, one cup at a time until desired consistency.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Pull off small egg size portions and roll into a ball.
Place in oiled baking pan.
Let stand 30-45 minutes in a warm draft free place until risen.
Bake 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
