Chinese Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    diced garlic bud
    pinch of ginger
    stripped sirloin
    2 to 3 sliced, large Bermuda onions
    2 to 3 sliced green peppers
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 dissolved bouillon cube (1 c. water)
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat the oil, garlic and ginger in a skillet.
    Add sirloin to the ingredients and brown.
    Remove from pan and set aside.
    Add the onions and green peppers.
    Cook about 3 to 5 minutes and then add water chestnuts and steak and allow to simmer.
    Add the dissolved bouillon cube, soy sauce and dissolved cornstarch.
    Cook a few minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over rice.
