California Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium green bell peppers
William meat loaf seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Remove stem end, seeds and membrane from peppers.
Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Combine seasoning mix, tomato and water.
Add beef and corn.
Combine thoroughly. Lightly pack into peppers.
Combine crackers and butter together. Sprinkle over top of stuffed peppers.
Place in buttered baking dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or microwave about 20 to 25 minutes.
