Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. whatever fruit you have on hand (bananas, sliced strawberries, grapes, melons, peaches, etc.)
Preparation

Drain pineapple, keep syrup for the filling.
Heat syrup on low with cornstarch, flour and sugar.
Whisk together and stir until thick.
Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar.
Cool sauce and add pineapple chunks, mini marshmallows and your choice of sliced fruits.
Place in a container.
Refrigerate and enjoy at your next picnic!
