Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
    1 1/2 c. water and seasoning (from box)
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    8 stuffed olives, sliced
    2 green onions and tops, chopped
    1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (save marinade)
    1/3 c. mayonnaise (or to taste)
Preparation
    Cook Rice-A-Roni in water 25 minutes or until done.
    Add bell pepper, olives and artichoke hearts.
    Mix mayonnaise and marinade and add to salad.
    Mix well.
