Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour; measure.
    Sift with baking powder, soda and salt. Cream the butter; add sugar gradually, creaming all the while. Add Egg Beaters.
    Mash bananas; add to mixture.
    Blend in well. Stir in dry ingredients gradually until well blended.
    Turn into loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) from 45 to 60 minutes.
    Remove from oven; let stand in pan a few minutes, then remove to cool.
