Yogurt Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites or 1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 (6 oz.) containers low-fat yogurt (any flavor)
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. Fiber One cereal, crushed
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded McIntosh apple
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inches or line with paper baking cups.
    Beat egg whites slightly in medium bowl. Mix in oil and yogurt. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Makes 1 dozen muffins. Contains 6 grams fat per muffin.
