Parmesan Rice With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    10 oz. shrimp, cooked, cleaned and peeled
    4 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    dash of chili powder
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add oil, celery and green onions.
    Saute over medium heat until golden, but not brown. Stir in rice and broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or according to rice package directions.
