Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    2 fresh tomatoes
    1 large green bell pepper
    1 large red onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    6 to 8 pork loin chops
    2 Tbsp. Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Season pork chops front and back with Creole seasoning and garlic powder. Saute chops in oil and put aside. Mix water, soup and rice, place in a baking dish. Lay pork chops on top of this mixture. Slice tomatoes, pepper and onion to form round slices and place on top of pork chops. Cover with aluminum foil and bake about one hour at 350\u00b0.
