Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 sticks oleo, melted
Preparation
    Place frozen broccoli on double layer of paper towel and microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine by hand with remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool and cut in squares to serve.
