Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. fine diced green pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. fine chopped pecans
chopped parsley for color
Preparation
-
Mix top 6 ingredients and form into a ball.
Roll in pecans and let set for 8 hours.
Roll in parsley and set 14 more hours, 24 hours total.
