Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 baking hen or 4 small cans Swanson chicken
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
    onion
    butter
    whipping cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Boil hen and debone.
    In butter, fry onion, diced up chicken and cream cheese.
    Place 1 tablespoon chicken in oiled tortilla shells, roll up and lay in greased baking dish; cut Monterey Jack cheese up over layered shells.
    Cover with whipped cream and bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 and uncovered 30 minutes until brown.
