Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick
4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Put half of potatoes into baking dish.
Combine flour and salt; sprinkle half over potatoes.
Repeat.
Pour milk over and dot with butter.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in microwave oven for 20 minutes, until tender.
Serves 6.
