2 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
1/4 celery salt
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 pt. oysters
Preparation

Blend flour into melted butter; add milk.
Cook until thick; add seasoning.
Add oysters and liquor.
Cook until oysters curl.
