Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon together.
    Press half of mixture into a 9-inch greased square pan. Cover with diced uncooked rhubarb.
    In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
    Cook until thick and clear, then pour over top of rhubarb.
    Top with remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
