Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 packets dry yeast
    4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients to mix thoroughly.
    Place in 1-quart glass jar.
    Cover loosely.
    Set in warm place for 3 to 4 days.
    Will rise and become smelly, it's still alright.
    Then keep in refrigerator until used.
    As it is used, replenish by adding 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of flour.
    Leave in warm place to rework.
