Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 to 3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Measure salt into flour.
    Cut in shortening.
    Beat egg and add to vinegar and water.
    Stir into flour and shortening mixture. Roll out and put in pie pan.
    Prick with fork.
    Bake ten minutes at 400\u00b0.
