Cole Slaw(Cole Slaw For 50) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. finely ground cabbage
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 c. Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1/2 c. vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation
    Put cabbage in a large bowl. Sprinkle salt and sugar
    over it. Let stand about one and a half hours in a cold place. Drain well. Combine sweetened condensed milk and vinegar. Pour over cabbage. Toss with a fork. Keep cold until ready to serve.
