Pecan Meal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. white corn meal
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; pour into an unbaked pie shell. Top with pecans and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until firm, 30 to 40 minutes.
