Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1 c. cubed cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 butter or oleo stick
Preparation
    Combine celery, cheese, onion, frozen vegetables, mayonnaise and salt.
    Stir together and place in casserole dish.
    Crush crackers and sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Melt butter and drizzle over crackers.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
