Crunchy Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All brand mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (your choice)
    1 c. chopped onions (optional)
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased casserole dish.
    Note:
    A 1 1/2-inch deep large size dish is best.
    Top with your favorite cracker or crumb topping.
    A thin layer is best (I like to use finely crumbled Ritz or cheese crackers.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
