Baked Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, crusts removed
    6 eggs
    pinch of salt
    4 c. milk
    2 tsp. powdered mustard
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 c. cubed ham
Preparation
    Toast bread and cut into cubes.
    Scatter over bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cube cheese and scatter cubes over toast.
    Scatter ham cubes over toast and cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese.
    Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, preheat oven to 325\u00b0; uncover baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
    Let stand a few minutes before cutting to serve. Makes 8 servings.
