Cheddar-Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    unbaked quiche crust*
Preparation
    Toss cheese and flour in bowl.
    Add spinach, milk, eggs and mushrooms.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into crust and bake 1 hour in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
