Chasen'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. canola oil
    3 large onions, chopped
    1/4 c. dry parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 to 1/2 c. mild or medium chili powder (not mix)*
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. pinto beans, cooked per pkg. directions
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    2 large cans whole tomatoes, chopped (save liquid)
    2 to 3 green peppers, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 tsp. ground cumin powder
    1 to 2 Tbsp. salt to taste
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne or ground chili pequin
Preparation
    *Add chili to taste.
