Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
1 baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cold water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or wild strawberry Jell-O

Preparation

Bring to a boil over medium heat the sugar, cornstarch and water, stirring constantly.
Boil until clear.
Remove from heat. Slowly add Jell-O to hot mixture and stir until well blended.
Set aside to cool.
