Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can tuna
3 large boiled potatoes
1 large tomato
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. mayo (can use low-fat mayo)
Preparation

Chop tomatoes and potatoes into small cubes.
Toss all ingredients together.
Serve on lettuce leaves with saltine crackers.
Important to remember to tear leaves off, do not cut leaves.
If you cut leaves, they will begin to turn brown and make dish look bad.
Great for dinners or for losing weight.
