Easy Pork Parmigiana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large egg
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
4 (1 1/4-inch thick) slices pork tenderloin
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. commercial spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation

Combine egg with water; set aside.
Combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs; set aside.
Place each piece of pork between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
Dip pork in egg mixture and dredge in crumb mixture.
