Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage (Key Packing sausage)
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. crushed sage
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper, onion and celery in nonstick frypan. Remove from fryer and fry sausage until crumbly; drain on paper towels.
    Combine all ingredients in a covered saucepan and simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve with green and yellow vegetables.
