Chicken Rice Casserole(An Elegant Version Of A Hot Chicken Salad.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped walnut meats
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt (not necessary)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. water
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    2 c. crushed potato chips or buttered bread crumbs or seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients.
    Mix mayo with water.
    Add chicken mix.
    Fold in egg slices.
    Place in greased 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Top with potato chips. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
