Plum Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 jar junior size plums (baby food)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
