Pumpkin And Cream Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Set aside. Grease and line with wax paper.
    Grease and flour again a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in pumpkin.
    Stir in dry ingredients all at once.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Invert onto a clean towel dusted with confectioners sugar.
    Peel off wax paper.
    Roll up cake and towel together.
    Cool on wire rack . Unroll and spread with filling.
