Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole, cut up chicken or 2 to 4 breast halves
    3/4 c. dry rice (not instant)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken.
    Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place chicken on top.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover, fluff rice and bake for 10 to 15 more minutes.
