Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 slices white bread
    softened butter
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage in frypan.
    Drain and set aside.
    Spread butter on bread and cube.
    Place bread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over mixture in baking dish.
    Chill at least 8 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    For breakfast or brunch.
