Pineapple-Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with liquid
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs, oil, butter, sugar and vanilla.
Stir in carrots and pineapple.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in raisins and pecans. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
