Venison Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison steak
    1 can mushrooms
    1 large onion
    cooking oil
    margarine
    salt
    pepper
    garlic
Preparation
    Brown meat thoroughly in oil and melted margarine in heavy skillet.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste while browning. Place steak in deep oven roasting pan; cover with thick slices of onion, mushrooms and mushroom juice.
    Cover with tight lid or aluminum foil wrapped tightly around roaster.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender enough to cut with fork.
