Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. day old bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Combine milk and eggs; pour over bread crumbs.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour over bread crumbs.
Pour into 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in a slow oven, about 325\u00b0, for 1 hour, or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Serve warm with hard sauce.
