Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans, ground or finely chopped
3 medium ripe bananas (mash until no large lumps remain)
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs and beat about 1 minute on high.
Add bananas and beat until no lumps remain.
Add flour and soda and beat until thoroughly mixed.
Stir in nuts.
Bake in loaf pan, which has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Wrap and refrigerate overnight before serving.
