Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices bread, crusts removed and buttered well
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 to 8 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    8 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Place 8 slices of bread on bottom. Cover each slice with slice of American cheese.
    Top with remaining bread slices.
    Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour over bread.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Chill overnight before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
