Savory Cheese Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    4 to 4 1/2 c. bread flour
    4 eggs, divided
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    Savory Cheese Filling (recipe follows)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine 2 cups of flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
    Add margarine, milk, 3 of the eggs and yeast mixture; beat until blended, about 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make stiff dough. Place on lightly floured surface and knead 8 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
    Place dough in greased bowl; turn to coat. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down.
    Knead dough a few times to release air.
    Divide into 16 portions.
    Roll each into a 6-inch circle.
    Place 2 tablespoons of filling in center of each circle.
    Draw dough up around filling to form bundle.
    Pinch dough firmly above filling, letting top of dough flare loosely.
    Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
    Cover; let rise 30 minutes.
    To seal firmly, lightly pinch bundle together again.
    Combine remaining egg and water; brush over bundles.
