Spaghetti Squash With Anchovy And Capers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium spaghetti squash
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 can pitted black olives, drained
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    1 can anchovies, rinsed and drained
    1 tsp. capers
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut squash in half, remove seeds.
    Place cut side down in pot with 2-inches water or in microwave.
    Cook until tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Take fork when squash cools and remove squash from shell. Looks like spaghetti.
